How To Take the Headache Out of Life Changes

So this is a difficult time for everyone around the world as mentioned in introducing being trapped in the house and how are you coping during these strange times. We are all having to deal with these life changes because of COVID 19. You know what though, this is the time to make these small changes in your own lives.
What changes do you think you need to do? Organising timekeeping, routine making, self-care, mentally and physically, just to name a few.
Well, this is the perfect time to do these things. If you haven't started it doesn't matter. Now is perfect to do what you haven't done but have meant to.
You may also want to pick a new skill. So stop procrastinating and do it!

Life is too short to not do what you need for you. There are so many places online that can you get free information and lessons on whatever you want to learn to do or get better at. these places include youtube, books, or ebooks.

Have you got a kindle? Heres a link to get one if you haven't already Kindle E-reader

What about trying to help yourself with your mental health. My favourite books to do this are How to be nice to yourselfHappy, and You are Baddass

For time keeping my favourite book is Time is Money

At the moment I'm reading The makeup of a confident woman which is about doing your makeup in a limited time and how important it is to do it for your own self well being.

As I said this is a difficult time for things and there are lots of things that at are actually changing socially. And some of these are challenging for us as being social but as a disabled person, I am in the house permanently until the lockdown is eased and I am preparing to move home so getting ready to do so. I have mentioned in one of biggest stresses. So I completely understand where everyone is going coming from.

Is The Excitement Still There?

That is the question that everyone wants to know in their own lives. It doesn't matter what lifestyle anyone has. Money is useful but doesn't mean everything.
Wither you are a singleton or in a relationship, there are things that you can do for free or very little money.

These could be going to your local museum, go on a picnic, make a meal or homemade sweets that you or person that they are for. but that is up to you!

If you are in business for your self there are still things that can be done cheaply yet effectively for your goals and those need to be researched by you.

What I am asking really is what #MelRobbins in her audiobook "Take Control of Your Life" and that is what excites you? which you can get here. on Amazon Audible

I'm asking that question because so many people get this wrong, and when I heard that it completely clicked in my mind. Because what excites you is your passion.

So being passionate about your job means really that you are excited about the work that you do?

That probably sounds crazy right? Maybe but think about it!

When I heard that I started thinking about what I am passionate about and one of the things I am passionate about it is writing. So here I am writing this post and I am feeling really excited about it.

There was something else, that I took away from the book, and that is to think about the small step rather than the big goal that you are aiming for.

Think of each step like a lego brick connecting to each other. Meaning that you see each brick as a mini-goal rather than see the big goal

As you can see from the picture and each block is a step to the main goal. So for the future, I am going to be trying to think that everything I do is a step to the bigger goal. And I can't wait to do the next step.

Busy Lifestyle

As many of you know I'm a busy mum however with things being so crazy there isn't time to get clothes either for myself or the kids. I used to love going shopping for clothes for everyone however it's just not possible these days.

Being on a budget is another thing that is a pain when there are so many needs and wants so I decided with my own allowance within the family I was going to treat my self to some new clothes from Matalan. Yes, it is a place to get reasonably cheap clothes however there is no need to deny yourself anything as long as you stick to budget and reason.

Nearly 20 years ago I was told that you should only buy something if you absolutely need it. Yes, that is still good now. However, I feel that you could be denying yourself something of necessity. For me, it was denying things such as underwear and clothing especially as a mum I still want to look good while providing the things that the family need.

Because being a mum life is tiring. There are still people who think that we do nothing, however, we have to run the house, make sure that the clothes are clean, food is ready both for pack lunches and dinners, make sure that the kids have done their homework, and got ready for the next day. This can also be for the dads too who have to do the same job on their own. It should be a joint effort although it is common that the split isn't always equal.

So going shopping online just for me was a pleasure. I got underwear that was needed and a few things that I thought would be really good as outfits. over the next few weeks, i will show you the full outfits rather than just the items. I will also be showing makeup and nail looks that I think would look great with these pieces.
